solution for managing projects of any size, adapts to varying levels of complexity across
projects and intelligently scales to meet the needs
of all roles, functions, or skill levels in your organization and on your project team.
HEAVY ROCK applied Oracle’s Primavera Submittal Exchange Cloud Service
because it is a secure, online system for electronically exchanging, reviewing, and
archiving
construction communications. Take your construction
administration process to the cloud to save time, reduce costs, and decrease the amount of
paper
associated with construction projects. You will experience increased transparency,
consistency,
and accountability, resulting in fewer
delays and lower costs.
HEAVY ROCK applied AUTODESK Revit with Navisworks because it is a
building
information modeling software his intelligent model-based process used to plan, design,
construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.
Revit supports a multidiscipline collaborative design process. In Construction Modeling
display
elements as parts or combined into assemblies for construction modeling. In coordination
Modeling we open a Navisworks coordination
model directly in Revit to coordinate project design with the work of teams who use
different
software.
HEAVY ROCK implement its owned custom made ERP software since 2018, the
ERP
system start from cost estimation and bidding process, throw budget process & all project
transactions (purchasing, inventory management,
subcontract management, asset management, HR management, cash flow management, Field
communications, …..Etc.), and finally up to project/enterprise income statement & balance
sheet.
We invest in our home-made ERP because we believe
that the cash flow is a lifeblood of any contracting company & in order to take a right
decisions and save the company probability it came by the optimal use of the company
resources.
