About the role

As a Construction Manager, you will lead the full site execution of the Afrexim Trade Center Bank project in the New Capital. You will be responsible for managing all construction activities, coordinating site teams, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards.

You will report directly to the Operations Director and play a key role in driving site performance, managing resources, and ensuring smooth coordination between all technical and support teams on site.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all construction activities on site to ensure smooth and efficient execution
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and support teams to achieve project targets
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings
Monitor project progress against the schedule and take corrective actions when needed
Control site productivity and resource utilization (labor, equipment, materials)
Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and prevent any unsafe practices on site
Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
Coordinate with Planning, QC, HSE, and QS teams to maintain project alignment
Resolve technical and operational issues that may impact progress
Maintain strong communication with the client, consultant, and internal management

Location & commitments

Location: New Administrative Capital – Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time

Candidate requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
10 years of experience in construction projects
Strong experience in concrete works for large-scale construction sites
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics
Good knowledge of HSE requirements and quality standards
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Very good English language “written & speaking” is a must
